SHOCKING SERVICE all round

We are having connectivity issues. I was on a call after holding on for over an hour. Consultant kept telling us to reboot. He could see we were struggling. Then the call dropped. He has not bothered to call back; I cannot be online again wasting time and money. You have my details - return the call so we can resolve the issue. We are all struggling; no one is exempt from lockdown; be thankful you have a job!
