Shocking service. Actually no service.

Never have I ever. I ordered fibre online 27.01.2022. I was given a choice between openserve and vumatel. I chose Openserve as it provided the same product for less. I was asked for a deposit which I paid immediately. For the next 7 days I heard not a word so I thought let me call. When I called I was sent from one agent to the next. 4 people later, two dropped calls and a huge amount of frustration I finally got assistance only to be told oh sorry but openserve doesn't operate in my area which is strange because they offered me the product. So after all this I eventually told them to change to Vumatel as I need the service. I was then told to wait another 14 days. I received the installation on Thursday 17th at 08h30. Now we thought we are finally sorted. We were told it would be activated within 48 hours. Logged an urgent connection but of course we are still waiting for it to be activated now Monday 21.02.2022. definitely not 48 hours. To say the least I also ordered VoIP. Haven't received the equipment as yet but received and invoice pro rata. Annoying that the fibre line is not active, the VoIP equipment has not arrived that works with the fibre as well yet an invoice is sent do that VoIP service can be used, how is it possible to even start using any of these products when there is no activation done and the VoIP phone hasn't even arrived. This is disgusting service and I haven't even been connected yet. I am concerned that this service may continue and I am stuck with it. I cannot change now as I have waited so long already and live in hope that they may connect me at some stage soon. I would have thought they wanted new clients but clearly they don't care either way and have no urgency to assist and quite frankly from my calls to them, they don't care whether you do or don't use their products. I am so disappointed. So let me contact them again today as I am assured they won't bother to call me or activate the service without a reminder. Shocking avoid them if you can. They will just give you a headache.
