Shocking Service

Worse experience ever. Changed my LTE package with MWEB in November of last year and had problems ever since. Never once got the data allowance Im billed for and constant calls to the call center hasnt helped. Now due to Covid, I missed 2 payments and yesterday I received a massage telling me I will be billed R 919,54 for early contract termination which I never requested. Then this morning I receive an invoice for R 2296,54 for 24 month LTE hardware early termination penalty. Absolutely shocking service, would not recommend them to anyone.
