Shocking Service

Impossible to get hold of MWEB to follow up on an order. Hold on the line forever. Can't send a mail only contact via 087 Nr. Tracking is fine but has been sitting with "the Courier" since 19 April. Shocker.... Consultant - Mamsie was going to phone back in an hour on 28 April - Guess what - never called.
