Shocking service

Wow guys, 10 calls later in 2 hours and still no assistance given. One lady said they sending my log in details but still waiting 2 hours later. No answer on the phone, only if they think you interested in taking out a new deal. All I want is assistance with resetting my password as I am having issues on the app. At this rate its gonna be easier to cancel the whole thing because what a hassle just speak to a customer service person.
