SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

<p>In the past I have only heard good reviews with regards to mweb and their service. I run a small company that relies heavily on internet / wifi and social media and chose to go with MWEB purely from a realiability point of view and from the postive feedback Ihad from people around me with regards to their service.</p> <p>To say Ihave been disapoointed is an understatement!!!!!! Ihave had nothing but endless issues with them and have had to follow up weekly. They promised my internet connection would be up and running and installed by no later then 14 working days, however today we are now on DAY 23 and still NO INTERNET and have had no follow up from anyone at mweb. I have had to make countless phone calls to their customer service, only to be put through to 5/6 different people with still no resolution.</p> <p>MWEB have only blamed telkom from the beginning - saying that they have to instal the ADSL line. I have been told twice that they will be installing it and by close of business I ll have full funtional internet connection!</p> <p>Why is it that i am paying for a service that i am not getting????</p> <p>MWEB as a service provider should be following up with me and not be making un realistic promises!</p> <p>I have lost business due to your poor, below satisfaction service, please advise??</p>
