SHOCKING (or rather) NON EXISTENT assistance from Mweb

I am REALLY STRUGGLING to get hold of someone at Mweb since LAST YEAR to once again explain that my husband, passed away and I need to cancel his account.

• As you can see from the screenshots below, we got nowhere. • Spoke to someone last year who said they would email me so that I can send the necessary documentations and alas, two months down the line and nothing. Yet I paid the outstanding amount in order to not be listed. • And now, I just hold and hold and hold and hold on the phone. Have also emailed them and surprise surprise their emails bouced as well!

Is anyone working at MWEB???????????

Cannot get any support from them BUT they are very quick to threaten to list me! SHOCKING beyond words!!!!!

What will it take to get some assistance?!?!?
