Shocking MWEB service

App**** for WIFI on 20 March 2021 - raised the concern that we will not have Internet on 1 May 2021 - and I was assured that we would have. I have tried since this morning at 08:00 to get a true and accurate answer on why we have not been activated as yet. Nobody knows, there is NO supervisor, there is NO escalation process - only a computer message that gets read to you. Their service is absolutely shocking!!!! Been told at 08:00 this morning that we will be connected within 10min - no 4,5hours we are being told - we can wait 5 days.
