Shocking lack of service

Mweb used to have a customer service. Now they don't even let you email them for help. when you phone them, they put you on hold for so long that the day passes by and they still haven't answered. Then they say you can use their "Live Chat" which keeps you there with inane AI generated messages saying that someone is going to come to help you and various other one-liners to keep you waiting. Again, the day passes and you never get to speak even to a robot, never mind a real human being. My TWO problems are still unsolved and I still haven't been able to speak to or write to any consultant in the entire outfit.
