SHOCKING LACK OF SERVICE !!!

I have had an MWEB account for the last 5 years and have been extremely. I have moved home, and have been waiting since the end of August for confirmation. Been on hold for over 40 minutes and live support is non-existent. I am now in the process of cancelling my account , and making sure that this is on all social media platforms
