Shocking Isp company

This company is shocking with customers service. They don't work after hours!!! Don't work on public holidays, no weekends. But yet they can certainly charge clients for this poor service. There call centre is poor as well. Clients hold on for up to 1 hour just to get told we need to wait for 3/5 days for vumatel to get this sorted
