What a joke I have always been a strong supporter of mweb for almost 15 years now but I am strongly thinking of a change. I phoned in today to downgrade my line because I am not getting the speed what I am paying for anf the person answering the call didn't even try to persuade me not to talk about sales department also they didn't even put me through to technical department to see if there is a issue on my side.

So this can only mean one think that they know they are charging people for speeds that they do not deliver.
