Shocking Customer Service and Security

They do not ever connect you to an agent on their tel support line or their Live Chat, you can wait hours and still get nowhere. I also know of so many people who have been ****med via Mweb Webmail hacking, they do not use 2FA, and staff inside are selling customer passwords to hackers, they are the worst ISP on earth and will not even respond to our complaints!!!
