Shocking customer service

After not being able to access my Mweb email account, I spent 2 hours on the phone with them to eventually establish that they had deleted the email account on their side. They cannot tell me why it was deleted, or when it will be re-activated, or whether my old mails will still be there when it is, and couldn't even be bothered to apologise. And I got cutoff before they gave me a reference number. I have no words ......
