Shocking communication and paying for a service I am not receiving

Pathetic service.

Following placing a fibre order with a consultant, who asked me a number of questions to understand my requirements, I was misled and given a modem without an ONT box. I was then charged by Mweb for services I am not using and then have to call them every 2 days to find out what is happening as their empty promises about status updates are not offered.

Great sales, pathetic after-service. Quite the norm.
