Shocking!!!! Call centre non existany

Shocking service from Mweb, call centre non existant!!! Have been trying for days on end, 11 calls just today of 20min plus at a time, got through 2 times then the call taker drops the phone before i can change my Lte option, so wonderfull i will be without internet for Jan 2020 and our Jobs depend on internet! Great Stuff Mweb, i also expect that we be reinbursed for all the airtime wasted! But your account can be debited on the correct date, we are good customers but this is beyond shocking!!! If you want to get hold of mweb please insure you have at least R500 airtime on your phone! Great only in RSA
