Shocking and terrible company

I dont even want to give this company one star. Again they have some debt collector calling me and telling me that I will be listed. FOR A SERVICE THAT I CANCELLED, BECAUSE IT NEVER WORKED. They refused to take their router back saying it was second hand, despite it never being used. They advertise on their website that hardware can be returned. I have been going backwards and forwards with them for over a year and I even started paying them off just to get them to stop harassing me but I have recorded messages stating they are aware the service never worked. It is impossible to e mail them and you hold on for a very long toime to get through to them. They are truly a disgrace.
