shocker cannot believe

Such shocking service from mweb I am so puzzled it can be this bad . decided to upgrade and move to well established service provider like mweb and move from sonic telecoms to a 200mb /200mb business line for us .

Placed the order 7 August received my router but since I have not been connected . Endless queries on their back end which they never reply to !constant calls to be moved from one person to the next 45 to 50 minutes with still no activation .

endless messages on their Facebook page but no call from anyone or a manager . Today was promised twice to be called after another 2 hours on the phone . This how you start with a new business customer ? Service is shocking I can't actually believe it can be this bad . Signing up for 1100-00 package for 12 months and this is what you get ! What happened to you you mweb ?
