I’ve sent FOUR emails to the moving email address to get help. Almost a week lost.......

Finally I get a response and now, as an existing monthly client, I must now take out a 12 month contract.

I’ve been an icon and MWEB customer for years and years and years and this is how they treat me!!!!! Really!!!!
