Shambolic MWEB Client Services

I've been a client with them for a year now and it has been the worst service I have ever received in my life. One cannot log queries online (well you can, but no one ever reverts back), when calling in I've been made to wait for an everage of 30 minutes each call (using my own airtime). Stay away from them. This is the worst internet provider there is. I'm canceling my contract and moving on.
