Sh%$ service to the letter

Mweb just keeps getting it wrong! I am so glad I cancelled my Mweb request before it was to late because it seems they just look for ways to rip people off. My mom is a pensioner and each and every few months Mweb deducts more money then they should. The latest drama really just defeated me. They again deducted more money then they were meant to from my moms account and when we queried it they said it is fees for not paying but she paid the account. My mom is a pensioner so you can just imagine how this affects her negatively and worse Mweb just refuse to assist. The consultant that was on the call that day rather shouted because I am not listening to her. Imagine that! sh#@ service to the letter. If you can choose another service provider or expect long waits when you try getting assistance and when someone does avail - no resolution!!!
