Service paid for and not received (recurring issue)

July 2025, I went a week without internet. Went through a rigmarole to get it back up. Exactly a month later, I had the same issue and no been sitting without internet for a week again. I have had multiple calls (when I eventually get through) and get taken through the same first-line script every time. I was told a "specialist" would contact me, and have heard nothing. I want compensation for the service I paid for and did not receive.
