Service is Pathetic....

The service is absolutely disgusting. Moving homes and trying to get connected again takes more than 3 weeks. A simple activation takes more than 24 hours. Such a waste trying to deal with anyone over the phone. They put you on hold for more than 30 minutes and when someone does answer they cut your call. Speaking to a manager also does not help. I would never recommend Mweb to anyone.
