Service is not their game

They wont give me access to anyone with authority when asked and not surprising I'm getting nowhere with my problem. Their supposed support system is a total sham. All that happens is they move you around and around, backwards and forwards in never ending circles wasting time and cellphone money. They are not solving problems and are more obsessed with trying to convince you to part with money so they can make a quick buck.
