Service is non-existent

Only give them 1 star because the website does not make provision for zero stars. I subscribed to a 25mbs LTE package in December 2022, but only receive a maximum of 7mbs download speed if I'm lucky. They will only change my package to fibre if I pay for the router. What do they expect me to do with a router that is worthless to me? And don't try to phone them - you will hold the line for at least 30 minutes.
