Service Interruption for (now) 24 hours

No service via 3G modem has been available since 28 March 05:30. The technical helpline assisted with excellent troubleshooting, BUT, the promise to escalate the issue to MTN never happened.<br> <br> I was promised to be informed by sms about a possible outage in the area. This did not happen.<br> <br> More than 24 hours later there is still no coverage and a lingering silence from both MWeb or MTN.<br> <br> Utterly frustrating!!!
