Service from the pits of hell

Absolutely horrible. Not only did the drill unnecessary hole because their technician didn't want to climb into the ceiling, but the service keeps getting disconnected. I am supposed to use it as for work, but now they are the backup which I never use or intend to use ever. And good luck getting into their app too. I should have listened to my friend when he said not to use them and rather look for something else.

It's even a hassle to cancel the service with them as well. My advice don't bump your head like I did. Stay as far away as you possibly can.
