********** service for an ISP

I have been trying since the end of April to contact MWeb. Received a cancellation notice but I do not know when the fibre will effectively stop. I downloaded the app - only to go through a whole process of filling in a form to be registered for OTPs. Again they requested all my (company's)info with the form. In this day and age of cyber crimes! Can't get assistance from the call centre - again requested to provide details just so the automated message can say that they are unable to take your call. App cannot generate an OTP!
