**** service ever!!!! It's a joke

What a nightmare to have mweb as your service provider...I am struggling for more than a week now to get my internet up and running...

You phone you have to hold on for hours just to hear another excuse... They send people out to come and fix the Fibre then after the people left 5min after same problem...

They keep on escalating your problem and do not get it resolved...I am so frustrated by now that I am canceling my service with them.. They take forever to answer your calls and weeks to get they're things fixed...

Poor service I will never ever advise anyone to use mweb it's ridiculous!!!! They don't even deserve a start...if you use mweb you will have endless problems...
