Service disconnected for no reason

I arrived home (30/01/2017) to find I had no Internet access. My wife said it was since the morning. I made a total of 3 calls to mweb support totalling up to 122 minutes which is of course at my expense. 1st call a lady assisted me and couldn't figure out the issue. Eventually she picked up an issue that the line somehow migrated back to telkom. I did not make any requests for this. She assured me she will make my account profile a data only package so that I could call telkom to resolve the issue and get the line back to mweb. I called telkom and they told me the line is moved to the holding pool. I made a 2nd call to mweb. The agent started to assist me but didn't really seem interested. He said he was going to activate my line then put me on hold. I held on the line for 40 minutes before hanging up. I then made a 3rd call and this agent gave me all different reasons why the line is not working and told me straight out that the 1st agent **** to me. He advised me to call customer service in the morning to convert my package to data only. I called this morning (31/01/2017) and the lady assisted me and changed the package but also told me a different story. I called telkom back just to ensure my line was still in the holding pool and they assured me that it was. I then made another call to Mweb to activate my services again and this agent told me something completely different from everyone and also put me on hold once again and told me that my Internet should be working now. I arrived at home this evening and my Internet is still not working. The part that upsets me the most is that I was not having any issues with my services and somehow that was altered without my authorisation, this is a complete inconvinience and i will not recover the cost of any of the calls i have made but the most upsetting part is the lack of knowledge of the staff members and to an extent the unwillingness to assist and passing the blame onto telkom constantly. This is extremely unacceptable.
