SERVICE DELIVERY BAD

We app**** on the 29th of June. Your sales division phoned the same day and took all our details but its been 2 weeks and hardware still not delivered. According to the online tracking it should have been delivered on the 8th. One cannot phone the *** number because it just costs money/airtime listening to a voice generated system telling me to press this number and then leaving my cell number and then still nobody phones. There is no way of even emailing you. I WANT TO CANCEL MY APPLICATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed in your customer service and service overall.
