Service decline

I've been with them for many years,but their service levels dropped significantly this year. My fibre line dropped constantly. Their technical support hours are limited. If your system goes down on Saturday, you will have to wait until Monday morning to speak to someone.

When you do phone them, you will wait forever before someone helps you. Just canceling my service with them was a mission.
