I had the WORST experience with a technical technician that does not know his head from his ass .

if you employ someone in technical make sure they know how to do the job .

Please can someone contact me about my Fibre internet that keeps on dropping and getting lag spikes otherwise i make this easy and i get a nother ISP that employs people that can do their job correctly .
