Service appauling

I purchased an LG G3 Smart phone and require my email set up.<br> I called Vodacom Customer Care who pointed me in the direction of my email service provider Mweb , I explained my need , which was quickly handled with reluctance and impatiance.<br> I could not get a clearer message other than , you wasting my time and trying my patiance.<br> All I need is to get my email set up on the phone can either Vodacom or Mweb kindly assist me.<br> <br> Vodacom on the other hand is not any better at assisting , the trend is much the same .<br> I wish there was more reliable service providers with patiance and better attitudes.<br>
