**** service and lack of communication

Poor service no communication now I have to go back and forth for my refund no is getting back to me after asking to speak to a manager, I want my money and I want it today so I can look for a much competent service provider.

I spent half a day on the line eventually when I go through to someone I was basically provided with ******* feedback, installation will not take place???, had I not called who would have informed me??

I want my money back!!!
