Mweb is the most misleading business i have ever seen. I opened my fibre network March this year and since then it has been a disgrace. When you call them you can expect to wait minimum 35 mins, they decided in April they wil open a second fiber line on my name without my consent and they wanted to charge me for it without notifying me i paid that amount and installation fee on a debit order which i had no chance to stop. I told them i wont pay until my account is sorted out in July and now my wifi has been switched of and to cancel it i have to pay R3200. I am past upset and i dont know what to do and they cant give me an answer. Another thing is that the price you see here at the top is not real, its a promotion and they wont tell you unless your 6 months has passed, in my case they started charging me the wrong amount from the start thats when i found out that its a promotion package and in 6 months that promotion wil expire and you will pay double the amount. I am patient and have respect for businesses and employees who does the job right but nothing of Mweb is true and clear. Snakes
