**** Service

Its been a week now since i wrote a Review about Mweb about their poor service where they ***** the consumers money. I want to leave it out their to potential customers. Be carefull when Subscribing to specials Mweb is advertising because it is false. I subscribed for Wifi the advertised on special for R469 pm and 6 months theirafter R619 normal fee. Mweb is debting R532 every month from the word go. I have send numerous email and there is no response. I have the Mweb app as well where u can communicate live via a Consultant,the system does not work as there is no response,i have tried it numerouse times as well. If u phone Mweb billing departement,u either hold on for ages without even getting hold off a consultant or the line cuts off.
