Fibre down since 14h00 on the 25th I tried all the suggestions they give, logged a query on mobile app no response, called 6 times calls dropped waited on line for more then 2 hours, go from caller 26 to 13 then the call drops trying again 😒 I am the only one in my street with no Fibre 😡 first time to voice my dissatisfaction from service that was always exceptional
