Seriously dissapointed in MWEB

I'm really annoyed with mweb I am on a 10mb/s uncapped fibre line

We get 10mb/s during the day but come around 8pm then the internet is non existent not even getting 1mb/s

Fibre surely shouldnt be that slow even in peak times for a 10mb/s
