Serious lack of service received from MWEB

Serious lack of service received from MWEB after a request for relocation 5 weeks ago. After submission of detail telephonically, photos and details via email as well as 2 promises for escalation, the fibre line was activated on Friday 14 October and contract date confirmed, but without ONT installation. I have never received such poor service from any company.
