Selling FIBRE capacity that does not exist

<p>In last few months our Fibre line became increasingly slow, now to the state that we cannot watch Netflix. My husband just spoke to a Telkom manager and our fears were confirmed. </p> <p>Fibre capacity was oversold. That means that I pay for a service that MWEB is unable to provide.</p> <p>Not even going in the ethical side, that is pure ********... taking money for no service!</p> <p>It never seize to amaze me how incredibly ******* SA is.</p>
