Selfish Mweb with their poor service and price plans

I have canceled my services with Mweb but they have not released my line. The cancelation went through but I can not understand why they have not done my line release. I have moved to another ISP but now they can't do anything without the line release. It's like Mweb wants to frustrate me when all they had to do was offer competitive pricing. Please release my line!!!
