Security breach at Mweb

I alerted Mweb weeks ago to the fact that they had loaded someone else's security cell and email details on my account. Some else therefore can read my emails and send emails from my address. They have done nothing to fix this. MWEB early does not care about my confidential information and risk of identity theft. Do you think they care about yours?
