Why don't you show some accountability by making your email address and cell phone public. Stop hiding! Mweb must be the most useless company in South Africa by a long way. I have tried to get the cell phone number on my account changed and have sent 35, yes 35 emails to no avail! Sean Nourse, I hope you aren't drawing a salary as you aren't doing your job! Sort it out! The only reason why people don't simply leave your useless excuse for a company is because it's too much hassle... Like changing banks. We put up with disgusting customer service.
