I called mweb to open a website and changed my mind like 2 days later, I immediately called them back to cancel as I am well within my rights due to my cooling off period. They are obviously *********** on doing their job as after 7 months, 11 phone calls and some emails regarding payment, they hand me over to lawyers and debt collectors for R300 i should never have pain the first place!! I honestly spend way more airtime calling them than the R300 they want.

They give the craziest, WORST service and those agents are honestly playing games, I've seen incompetence on that level!
