******** ! You get the sale and aftercare services is non existent. We have been calling in since February 2022 for assistance. We have asked 100 times for a technician to come and check why your services don't work. To top it all every engagement be it your call centre or IT department have no idea how to speak to customers. The cherry on the top you refer me to your attorneys for non payment. How as a customer am I supposed to pay for services that never worked from the onset. I have requested for an itemised billing. To date not a call, sms not even a ****en smoke signal of assistance. Your company is pathetic. I know my right. Customer service is a priority, not an option . That should be your new slogan. From the other reviews listed it's evident that I am not the only that had this experience.
