**** called Cellc LTE

So I have the cellc LTE 200gb a month deal. I have left numerous complaints with CellC and they just talk around the problems I have and I should sort it out with MWEB. So from today, i am sick and tired of paying for the LTE ****. The speeds are never above 5mbps, when the clock strikes 18:00 the speeds dont go above 1mbps so this signals me to be THROTTLING. When i signed up the salesman said i was inside coverage and had amazing speeds for not more than a month. After the month your speeds go downhill and when i went online I wasn't in the coverage area anymore so thats super *****. So I will lodge a complaint with ICASA. I want this deal to be cancelled immediately and not be charged for further data as its anyway unusable. By the way, the ping on this cellc is 90% of the time over 1000 so jow does this happen? You dont know just like cellc doesn't "know".
