Mweb are a bunch of ************.

A few momths ago ive ordered an MTN data contract.

No where on the website did it state that you can only use the sim card at a specific address nor did it say that you need a specific router.

When i received the sim card it worked perfectly for an hour then it stopped.

I contacted mweb and they said it can only use the sim card at a specific address and you need a specific router.

I said i need to cancel and a refund on my payment.

The consultant said that he will get back to me.

He got back to me saying that i have to pay two months penalties. I told him i wont. I was then handed over to the attorneys.

Mweb advertised false info and now they have black listed me and now they must undo all of this and refund me. ***
