SA’s #1 useless ISP

Mweb is the most useless service provider I’ve ever had to deal with as an ISP. My wifi went of due to something they can’t even explain the 22nd of April and till today they still have not resolved it, I phoned numerous times been on a call for 40min+ their technical guys are absolutely useless they cannot help you over the phone, then they have the audacity to say after my ticket was logged it has been resolved, I still don’t have any wifi, like what did you fix ? please if your considering an ISP, Mweb is not the way to go forward, highly do not recommend them at all, Mweb just close your service section it does not exist you don’t know what service is.
