Sales team pathetic

We have been loyal customers for 12 years. I will definetly cancel my contract with them, I never had such bad service in my life. Kenith Brown, a sales consultant for mweb was so disrespectful towards me. First of all my husband went into mweb offices beginning of the year to put my name down as power of attorney on his account. The reason is so that I can get information from them when I call. Apparently Mr Brown said my name is not on the system, I did tell him that I did call many times prior to this and they picked me up on system. He also was rude to me when I said to him my sister in law gets a better rate on a 10 Meg line adsl and here I have to pay R400 for a 2 Meg line. He said I was a ****.
